One of my resolutions for this year is to stay away from vending machines, and the belly widening treats within, the hope is that this time next year i will be as buff as i used to be when i was younger (i was humble too).

Oh my god my stomach is growling here !!!

I believe it takes time to get over the loss of the intantaneous sugar rush, but they made missing breakfast so much more easy :'(

Chew some gum. Helps with the sugar rush and keeps your mind off eating (since you're already chewing something).

Also drink copious amounts of alcholol.....then yer won't get time to eat anything cos you'll be too drunk to buy a kebab......Good luck.

Apparently you can eat all the yummy junk food you want and still not get a fat tummy.........it's called sit ups. I tried one once. I didn't like it.

They are on my to do list (seriously), and i should start them this week, but sweets and crisps and sodas really need to be off my Diabetes wish list for this year. I will be tight by christmas.

I started running a mile and a half every other day in mid October and I've found it extremely beneficial to both my physical and mental health.

You are going to die Huck... :'(

Sooo, since you are going to die, why not enjoy yourself before you do, eh? Eat and enjoy your last few days of life. 😀
