One of my resolutions for this year is to stay away from vending machines, and the belly widening treats within, the hope is that this time next year i will be as buff as i used to be when i was younger (i was humble too).
Oh my god my stomach is growling here !!!
I believe it takes time to get over the loss of the intantaneous sugar rush, but they made missing breakfast so much more easy :'(

Apparently you can eat all the yummy junk food you want and still not get a fat tummy.........it's called sit ups. I tried one once. I didn't like it.

I have my plans..
take away food - once a week
drink - once a week
sweets - none
sodas - minimal (with takeaway)
cycling - take back up when pass my driving test (january)
training - take back up seriously again
that along with other non fitness related 🙂
