Hi all,

I've sent Russ a PM asking him if it would be possible to subtract the number of recs I would receive in holding these elections. It would make these elections "honest elections" because people would then be voting for their candidate without increasing the total number of recs I would have after this election would be over.

But he answered that any recommendations I get will be permanently "scored" against my account. The site admins could do as I asked, but that would require tinkering in the database, which is something they don't like to do unless there is a genuine problem.

Sorry about that, Russ says.

I wanted you to know this.

So in the future you'll have to subtract for yourselves the recs I will receive in the two first posts of this thread. Sorry guys.

WHere's the Nader button?

I would almost prefer a "Democrats haven't learned anything from when they were in power" button.....Kerry's as against reducing the deficit as Bush is.....what a moron.....

Wouldn't it be nice to know how the RHP members would vote in a presidential election if it would be held now, february/march 2004.

If you want to vote for KERRY, please push the <Recommend> button of THIS post.

If you want to vote for Bush please push the <Recommend> button of the NEXT post.
I see one major deviation here from the real elections - most voters will be reasonably intelligent people.

VOTE ! See the first two posts in this thread.

I object. The agenda has been set by Ivanhoe. Kerry being the first choice and in the first post will undoubtably get a bonus from undecided voters who are unclear on where to place their votes.

I DEMAND a different structure in the voting process, this is a form of gerrymandering. This is an unfair and biased manipulation of the voting public. A common tactic of the evil Democratic machine trying to ruin the good old American way of life.😀

unless it is a coincidence, when you choose one, it adds one to both, so they will remain tied.

I meant that it sounded familiar to the Florida fiasco of the last election. That's all.

I see Kerry has the lead and Dante isn't on the ticket. 😳 And try as I might, I can only vote once for Bush! 😀 Bummer. 😉
