RHP FACES CLOSING DOWN :(

Unfortunately I am having to shut down RHP Faces. This is for three reasons:

1) As a few of you will know, I haven't been able to find the time to administrate the photos, some of you have been waiting months for me to get around to putting yours up. I just have too much on at the moment and for the foreseeable future.

2) I need the webspace to further promote my band, I'm doing a site overhaul soon to try and improve our image somewhat.

3) Each time someone visits the site and browses through the pictures, it uses up my allotted data transfer amount and I just can't afford to buy any more.

So it is, with a sad face and a heavy heart I must bid farewell to RHP Faces, I'll leave the site up for a few days, but I'll delete it at the weekend.

If anyone actually wants to continue to run the site themselves, I am more than happy to e-mail the files to them, but they'll have to provide their own hosting and domain name.

Fully understandable Star.. It was fun there but the band is very important and interesting for us too.

Maybe.. start a gig report thread with a link to the band site and venue please.. I really enjoyed listening to your demo a while back it was great.

Maybe a webshot group link for the faces???

Can't we just stick the faces on a photobucket site or something.
Wouldn't look as polished, but would preserve the pictures.

Maybe I am willing to take over the job. How much traffic does it actually take on average?

Have no worries, I have had a suitable offer from someone. If they wish to name themselves, they can, but suffice to say that RHP Faces will survive afterall, albeit under someone else's guidance. 🙂 I am happy, thanks to all that have offered to keep it alive 🙂
