If I understand that correctly, then the #3 team would be picking in the same spot all the draft?

I don't think you should worry too much, I watch the game almost every day during the season and don't know who the big players tend to be for the most part.... I'm very bad with names.

I left a message at the fantasy site named something like help, that will give you a link to where you can read about players, and even look them up by position to compare who might be best to pick!!
