I'll attempt to answer the 'fuller question' 😉..perhaps less folk are inclined toward clan membership now, it appears to be the case but you could well do with an RHP recruitment officer lol but otherwise known as a good salesman in the real world. Someone that will approach individuals directly and literally 'sell them' on the goals of your clan.. the responses may well be too little and too drawn out if that task is left with a brief 'please join me' on the clan public forum....just my own personal experiences, and those of a few friends here..also, identify one surfer and invariably he'll be linked to others if you look at his own clan memberships \ interests..
