Excellent. Darv, I'm having a slight CD burner issue, but it shouldn't delay things too much.

You could always download RealPlayer and blaze away with that.

Well, hopscotch, for your listening pleasure, I will try to to strike a balance between gentle melancholy and psychobilly mania. Maybe with a bit of gospel thrown in.

No, Realplayer's no good, I need a recording program. I may have to resort to my free copy of Cubasis, ugg...

Ableton Live Delta is a freeby that is quick to learn to use if you can get hold of a copy. Good luck

Looking forward to it. I'd better get cracking on mine, gotta import half the album's i'm going to select from to. I'm also waiting on one cd on mailorder so may have to stall if it is not prompt in arriving.

πŸ™‚

edit - by import I mean into PC itunes, not into the country from overseas πŸ™„

There is a Live 4 Demo - not sure what it's got in it - if it is purely a demo of features, or f it has some usable features. I got mine with my PC, which is a stripped down version of the full package.

Hope it helps, apologies if not.

I've just got to say what a good idea this exchange is, most of what I am putting into this mix is stuff I haven't heard for 5+ years, and I am listening to some real gems from my youth right now whilst deciding what to include.

*grinning from ear to ear*

Because I think you could teach me a thing or two about music and as a back-up...

Eureka!

I've done it!

Despite being severely technologically challenged, I've produced a cd!

Better hang on to your hat, Ddv. You should probably remove all breakable items from your immediate listening area... πŸ˜‰
