After extensive research, I could only find the second one, not the first:


For those who weren't around the first time, the exchange goes as follows:

1) PM if you are interested and let me know what type of tunes you are interested in receiving or will put on your mix
2) Once everyone has signed up I will pair you off with the person who best matches your requests.
3) You and your swap buddy exchange home addresses and mail each other a mix CD full of your favourite tunes.


Edit: I know someone will outdo me and find the original. I have failed you 😞

It's a mix CD exchange. We've done it a couple times before and it's been quite successful. My secretary Coco-nonuts has been thoughtful enough to explain the necessary steps required to participate.
