Ah, truth be told, it wasn't a problem as such. I was doing an update - part of which involved deleting every last bit of RHP code before replacing it again
Unfortunately, I made a mistake, which remained for a few minutes - the reason a rather ugly list of messages displayed for a home page!
I have posted in the site announcements forum about today. Nothing exciting for anyone, except me, I am afraid. But at least there is a new maintenance page to look at now!
