French (followed by Latin and Japanese), if "second" means that it was the second language I started to learn. However, my French is not much to boast about; I have forgotten most of it (the same goes for my Latin and Japanese). If you go by proficiency, my Norwegian is definitely better than my English when it comes to spoken language (both talking and understanding). When it comes to written language, I am not so sure.
