It is with regret I recently got banned from RHP for having duplicate accounts; I have emailed RHP stating I have never set up duplicate accounts; there was an account set up by my daughter as well as myself; I have also stated to RHP that these two players never played each other so no form of cheating was ever intended or ever took place. The most frustrating part is RHP will not even reply to me - no doubt this post will be removed as well. I think RHP is a very good site and well run, but there seems to be errors with this particular rule: ie: player must not set up duplicate accounts; I have not broken this rule. I would appreciate it if RHP could at least acknowledge my point and hopefully I can get this account deleted and my old one reinstated; I can't see what else I can do? Will someone please explain to me how this works: what happens when there are two people in the household who are chess fans and both wish to use the site?

Are you really surprised that Admin found this unusual?

i went into my details on my old username and it states user banned for having duplicate accounts; even if my daughter played a game of not it still isn't me who has set up two accounts - why would I want the two accounts, in what way would I benefit from it? Please note no malicious conduct was ever intended from either account and none was ever made; is there anyway I can convince RHP of this?
Originally posted by choclateisgood4meThe benefit is that you would be able to play more than your alocated 6 games, and is common practice. I'm sure if you contacted the Admins (send feedback), and your case was clear enough, that they would lift the ban on both your accounts, it would not be the first time that a banning was taken back.

No father I know would do that (and remember we are talking about a chess site here and not some life changing situation).

Stop all your xe'ing and think about what you are going to say to me afterwards.
And as for the above being a mother, I find it very very very hard to except that a mother would do that to a daughter.
Your still very wrong.
