RIP Paul Hunter

Lost his battle against cancer yesterday at the age of 27.

Will be a miss in Snooker. A sad loss. 🙁

He was a real star.

They said he was coping well and starting to get better, but then I see this on the news, very sad news! He was a great player and should never be forgotten.

Very sad when someone that young falls victim to cancer. I hoped for another Lance Armstrong story. Then again, who didn't.

I too was stunned to hear this, he was one of the brighter lights in the tainted game of snooker and the sport will miss him very much.
