How so?

The rudeness...well, I can but say that we all have our bad days.
The aggression...well there are various forms of it, some are okay'er than others.
The violence...totally uncalled for in a millionaire sportsman. If he wants to be violent and unforgiving send him into the Hindu Kish with a baseball bat and a GPS system.

What you get with Roy Keane is the truth everytime. He doesn't hide behind the cliches that most other footballers do. If he feels that he needs to say something to get more out of his team, then he'll say it. I think this is the only way to be.
Agression? He's a holding midfield player. Aggression is part and parcel of it. Sure he can go ott at times (Haaland comes immediately to mind), but you've got to be psyched to the edge to play midfield at the top level.
I'm not sure what violence you're talking about. He was one of Ireland's top young amateur boxers before he chose football over boxing. I don't think you can connect aggression on the pitch with violence. There was a news story within the past few months, where a youth charged him with assault. He got away with that after the boy admitted exagerrating the story to sell it to the papers. Apart from that, nothing much springs to mind with regards violence. Aparently, he was a bit of a beer head in his early 20s and anybody with celebrity who tries to live a normal life is going to leave themselves open to being targetted. This was part of being young, part of trying to lead a normal, non-celebrity life.
I think he's the greatest player to have played for United in recent history, and its a shame it had to end this way. Hopefully, Ferguson realises its time to call it a day at the end of the season, and with any luck Glazer will be right behind him.
