Well, if it is any day, I'd go for Februrary 20'th. Looking at Russ's join date, that is when the site was first made.
Let it be heard! Let is be known! From this day forth, every Februrary 20'th shall be known as Russ Appreciation Day!
By the way Cheat, you have a little something on your nose there, looks like a discoloration or something, kinda brownish...You really oughta get that looked at.
