What an absolute ....

Well, I'm definitely well up for Europe too.

Hey, how come no Americans are posting about the golf this year? Hoping to keep the heads down and try not to notice an inevitable 3-in-a-row for Europe?

Good plan!

C'mon Europe!!!

It really doesn't bother me if the USA loses. I just wish it were more competitive because I enjoy the event.

If one were completely objective, how could one fail to root for the European team? They enjoy themselves much more.

International competition continues to repeat itself - the surly Americans vs teams that really wish to be there, and enjoy it as well.

It often seems to me that the USA players, in almost all events, look like they are forced to participate. They'd look like they'd rather be doing something else.

That may very well be what it is.

Here in the USA that's the general consensus, I believe.

USA have won it 25 times. Europe/GB+Eire/GB have won it 11 times. If Europe wins every Ryder Cup to 2036 then it's time to start gloating. Not yet.

Both sides were losers in the fashion stakes
