Sad day. Leonard Cohen died, age 82

He was a life long icon up there with Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Paul Simon, Gordon Lightfoot, Stan Rogers. RIP Leonard.

Einstein died just two years after I was born. Now as I get older it's a wonder to witness the passing of all the great poets, philosophers, artist and the like that we all grew up with. I wonder if I'll live long enough to see them all off. "Time keeps on slippin' slippin' slippin' into the future..."

He was, and always will be, a Canadian (poet/musician) icon always understated.

He had a wonderful fulfilled life doing the thing he loved to do.
