If you really belive that someone reading bad jokes about your friend who killed her self for what ever reason. Would enjoy reading poor jokes about it, then you really don't have a clue. Sorry I have had my rant, but please think about what must of been going around her mind to make her do what she did. She was a chess talent loss and more important a lovely girl.
I am saddened to find that people could be so cruel as to try to shame someone for hearing about a tragedy such as this and then come in to this thread to accuse someone of being fake in their feelings. Worse than that is to find other people try to help shame someone for actually caring. This as if they are saying everyone should be cold hearted like myself. This is as backwards and mean spirited as I have ever seen. Mean is not strong enough of a word for this behavior, but I don't have a strong enough command of the English language to think of another word suitable. I would ask someone else to find one but most of those who can are too mean to help. Grammar Nazi up y'all.

Originally posted by BridgePlayerI can't believe that someone actually said this.
I'd think you'd close the windows and lock it if you and your friends know that you sleepwalk. Pretty dumb way to die.
I've looked through and some of the other statements are equally crass.
I'm almost ashamed to be a human being.

The things that people said make you want to weep.
What I don't understand is how so many people couldn't see this as wrong. Would someone please explain it to me?

it's the "accepted behaviour" to detach from one's emotions within the society here when we log on.
it's hard to blame BP or anyone else for the cancerous system we have here.
i'm sure Bridge Player's "MOTIVES" were good. yeah, and i'm sure the second post from Bridge Player was intended to compliment how brainy she was.
everything people say is "blah, blah, blah". give it up losers and stand on your own two feet!
Are all forums suffering from the same detachment?
I don't blame BP. And I didn't mean to single her out, I saw posts that were much worse.
