The ring is up there on my list. Kind of a silly premise, but the ghost girl gave me the goosebumps.

More recently, one of The Descent movies caught my attention. Pretty creepy stuff. Don't watch if you easily get claustrophobia.

Then of course, let the right one in is an excellent vampire movie (be sure to see the original, Swedish version).
