But I have played and beaten and lost to the best on here...Knightmare NJ, fernando jp vasquez, sintubin, etc.
I am not unbeatable or anything...just a decent player.

Although for the record, I should point out that Dave's chess knowledge stands by mine the way a highly intelligent lion might stand next to a rather dim-witted squirrel. Hmmm. That didn't sound quite right. What I'm trying to say is that he's a damn fine teacher!

I think quite a few players have improved from playing me and taking some advice.
I have yet to give a "real" lesson...for that kind of interaction I do charge...but for what I do on here that is free.
My real lessons are alot better.
Goes along the same lines as my book.
