What's up with mint jelly? Is lamb so bad it needs masking?

Just Garlic and Salt.

A lot of garlic.
Whole cloves stuffed into the meat...everywhere.

Mmmmmmm 🤗

Some one who works around meats cutting them up said something about lamb was good for 2 things, and eating wasn't one of them.

whaaaat?! Oh my days. Get yourself a nice leg of lamb, roast it - don't pay any attention to the snobs who say leave it pink, give it a good roasting and then just eat it. I mean, you could do some roasted carrots and potatoes as well... I'd say make some gravy, but bless, you folks over there have funny ideas about gravy...
