Remember when you weren't supposed to flash your headlights at oncoming cars because gangs would get new members to shoot at you if you did? It's happening, in Maryland. Reliable information points to the Bloods using this initiation technique in Maryland along I-68 and I-70. They've also added a twist: they will pose as disabled motorists, especially fond of using women with children. When someone stops to help, the Bloods jump out and steal the car. They then drive around in your stolen car with the lights out, looking for someone to flash them. You know the rest.
