If you dive/snorkel, a 3 day trip to Simillan Islands is out of this world.

North East part of Koh Pha Ngan is really nice, we stayed in a local's house on Thong Nai Pan Yai. He helped us out with all the local procude as well, which was nice. His name's Mum if you make it there, and he runs Milk Bar.
