No matter how much you hate the US, George Bush, the Iraq War, the price of Gasoline, Exxon's profits, torture, the Patriot Act, long lines at airports, the abridgement of Habeus Corpus, illegal wire taps, or any of the myriad other subsequent events; YOU CANNOT use that hatred to justify what was a heinous crime against humanity.
hell no.

For the record, I agree with your criticisms. While they are obliquely related, I feel that this is not in good taste to level them the way you have done here because it seems that you feel that this event was justified.

and I've never though it was justified, just that there are clear reasons why it happened. cause & effect at work.
Originally posted by MrHandthere are bombings in china all the time. on last weekend for example, 8 dead 4 injured.
Then by that logic, it is inevitable that such a heinous crime will befall China. They torture innocents. They are exploiting Africa and, essentially supporting the Genocide in Darfur through their inaction. etc.

Was the topic of the thread. I would say that is clearly a memorial tenor, not critical analysis of cause and effect.
What bombings are you referring to in China? I confess that I have no clue what you are talking about.

as far as I know the recent ones are all 'domestic' though. but as an example, governmental violence is always countered with more violence.
