I'd say, good, provided you're using cheap child labor.

Bad investment. People these days aren't spending a lot on luxuries, like getting their shoes shined.

Possibly it could be good if it was near a place where many job interviews were taking place...but still risky.

What if it wasn't my money I was investing?

Then it would be a bad investment for whoever put up the money.

If it fails, you can just eat them, so sure.

Great one, as long as the shiner is a gorgeous model in bikini, and the magazines for the clients to read while shinning are Playboy, Penthouse, and the like.

Then you put a hidden camera and sell on internet or to a stupid MTV show the expressions of the clients while being serviced.

Ask yourself when was the last time any male relative visited one.

Shine your own shoes. Cheaper and easier.

Shoe Shine stand would be ok, if you augmented it by selling information to private eyes.

In Sarnia recently a woman started selling hotdogs in a bikini and was doing a thriving business when she decided that she might be on to something so she registered her hot dog stand name (Bikini Weenies). She is now thinking of franchising a possibility perhaps? Now having said that it is of course a prerequisite that the person operating the stand has the necessary........appeal to attract the customers but you would have guessed that right Nikki?
