I'm with you there, Nordlys. It's that exact type of sentiment that keeps this world in a state of turmoil.

Racist comments belong in the 'Debates forum'. On second thought, not really.

I can understand the offensive posts being removed in this case. I read them. I was wondering why the poster has been removed from this thread though. Now its sort of as if he/she never said what they did and there is no public record of their racial stereotyping/outright racism. I see also that they never received a ban but one would expect a forum ban of some sort. There is no way to know if someone receives a forum ban though, is there? (other than if a TSM member receives one.)

LOL!

There is most often a 'first warning' to any given user... unless something is WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY over the top.

In this instance, next infraction will probably incur a LONG BAN for the user who had a post removed from this thread. Stern warning issued, first warning issued.

That makes sense, thanks for the response.

As a new B to bans of any sort, I wanted to be sure of the rules before I broke any. How many different kinds of warnings are there? Do you have a checklist where you just tick off what kind of warning someone will receive? I really don't want to screw this up.

Hey, this could be a good start. Could I get a forum ban for revealing the guys name?

Edit: I'm getting nervous and my palms are starting to sweat. Is this normal?

'Testing' moderation negates any warnings you may have gotten for an infraction. Well precedented, nothing new.

This sounds kind of stern to me. I'm counting it as a warning, ok?

This is going to look GREAT on my TSM application!

Do they still ask applicants to walk barefooted on flaming coal while singing "hare hare red night" ?
