I have no TV piped into my abode. I've started to miss having something droll and unimaginative babbling on in the corner of my room, and i was considering getting Sky tv through sky player on the internet.

What mysterious gems am i missing from having no TV, and is there a better alternative to sky player? (if anyone says tvu, i'll come by your house and poop on your step)

Do whatever you must in order to get football.

And by football I mean Spanish league, Italian league, and Premier League.

German and French leagues are a plus, though not mandatory.
