So now they are dangerous, at the end of the day they are opertunistic predators.

England is quite (over)populated too, I believe, although there should be some room left without roads and buildings somewhere up north. But I doubt there will be more space than about a kilometer distancing between a road or a building up there. You cannot call that rural at all.
I don't see why it would do that, as long as wolves stay in rural areas and parents keep eyes on their children and teach them about the dangers of wild animals. 😕

Just read this very informative article on the subject. I think it may be a bit dodgy releasing such critters back into our eco system. The article states that, as Gambit3 mentioned, they are mainly very timid creatures, but if they breed with dogs, their offspring, hybrids, can be a bit more ferocious than their parents, and well...... Read the article if you're interested.
I wouldn't like a pack of domestic dogs roaming wild around the country unchecked. Likewise, I wouldn't appreciate anything else that can cause detriment to me.

You know, the price of land up here is too high to not build a road or building on it in an ever growing already too crowded population. Originally posted by trawets113As long as you take them from Wyoming its fine with me 😛. They attacked mine and my sisters horses, (ran them through a fence). And they are killing all of our wildlife in Yellowstone. The Feds in Washington DC think they are so cute though.
I have just read an article regarding whether or not wolves should be reintroduced to the UK whats the popular opinion on this subject?
Wolves dont attack humans, but I know a guy who bred German Sheperds with them, and their offspring are mean! They have no fear of humans
Originally posted by trawets113When you say "reintroduced", what do you mean? What happened to them in the first place? What would be the purpose of such an endeavor?

Originally posted by jimslyp69But I did, Slippery 😛 I've only had one experience with wolves, while cross-country skiing in the mountains years ago. A pair of these beautiful creatures ghosted after us, trailing us through the trees. 😲
I don't think you even bothered to read what I said in my post. :'(
We only glimpsed them briefly as they paralleled our trail, maybe 50 yards on either side of us.
😉 We just caught them out of the sides of our eyes, like smoke, like silk, like flames flickering
