It depends. Before stirring up the pot, we need two leaders, one who is
snotty and angry and the other who is even more snotty. Then, we need
masses of manipulable users, half of whom are uneducated, angry, and the
other half who are snotty. Then, we need for the snotty ones to be
brainwashed by the more snotty leader, while the ignorant and angry ones
ought to be brainwashed by the angry and snotty leader. Then we all
need to make stuff up, throw poop at each other, and go blindly into a
a future nobody wants. The result is irrelevant.
Of course, we need a monarch and an unelected upper class who will
profit no matter what happens.
