Tell your friends you are in need of cheering up and you want them around. Invite them over for dinner, and here is the tricky part, cook too identical looking meals. The one you serve them should be wretched while yours should be reasonably palatable. Now if they care about you, they will choke it down without a peep. If they do you'll know that they are true friends and your whole situation will come into a new light. If they stomp on your feelings who needs them. Come to think of it, you are probably a terrible person for using your friends in such a scheme but if you do try it let me know how it works.

When my friends come over they eat only the best. It's called respect.

Do you ever just get so sick and tired of being sick and tired? Is it just me or does anyone else know what it feels like to want to go on a rampage of wrath and destruction? I truly don't understand how there aren't more phycopaths in the world. Life can drive you crazy!
If something doesn't get destroyed or demolished and soon I think I'm going to spontainously combust due to all the pent up unleashed emotion. Who's with me?

What you need to do is go out to the beach on a stormy day (or to the hills) and scream until your throat is soar.
Seriously. Just do it!
I do it at traffic lights, it's slightly frowned upon, especially by co-passengers...

I like to hunt , but I almost don't care if I ever get a shot . It's good to be away and focused on something that isn't so damned "important".
If you don't want to hunt , take up fishing , or just camp out doing nothing but staring at stars , or into a fire , or sitting beside a stream .

Those are some great ideas! I'm partial to the bulldozer vs. human being, baseball bat vs. human being and shooting a gun. ๐
As for anything outdoors.... IT'S FREAKIN FREEZING OUTSIDE!
I'm all for hot tempered rage and a bonfire might just do the trick, depending on who, I mean what's being used to fuel the fire. ๐
