Maybe not huge amounts, but yes, because its unnatural for them to drive in the opposite direction.

The amount of accidents with ppl driving in a foreign country (where they drive on the other side of the road) could be translated into a percentage of the total amount of ppl driving in that foreign country.
The amount of accidents with ppl who live in this country could also be translated to a percentage of the total ppl of this country who take part of the road.
Now you can compare these two percentages and preform statistic tests on them to see if its likely that a possible difference may have occured due to coincidence or not.

i admit there would be quite a pricetag on it, maybe something for after the financial crisis.
There might be an increase in accidents yes, but this would only concern about 2 generations. If we look at the future it could pay pack eventually🙂
