...Some GreaseMonkey User Scripts have disappeared.....reinstalling doesn't fix it. [mainly it is the ratings gain/loss calculator]
Has anyone else who had this installed have the same problem?

Yes. They will no longer work, unless they are rewritten.

I hope they are, I liked the ratings calculator. The search games between two players is still there for me.

It's not all of them though, most of them seem ok to me.
Let's hope ouroboros will redo the ratings one,I'd not had that one long and I thought it was very handy.
