you can search for it but i don't know why you would want to randomly skype someone that you don't know.

I suppose you are looking for someone you had contact with long time ago. Skype names are often different than real names (as email addresses) so it's not like phone book.

But in case you venture to call someone unknown, be sure you ar fully dressed and with make up on.
