World's Human Population of 6,895,889,018 (as of 2010) sleeps one third of its life. Human Beings cannot function without sleep. We're all aware of the benefits of enough and risks of too little. Any tips on getting a sound night's sleep?

Because they're fed pellets that contain ingredients that make them not as active to fatten up 😉

Much like salt blocks for cattle.

Contrary to popular belief, it's not the amino acid tryptophan that causes this. It's more a factor of the large amount of carbohydrates normally taken in the traditional Thanksgiving meal.
