LOL!~ I love when people say Clinton was a bad president and all they can base it on is his extreme sex drive. He was running a country and I know MY life sure was better when he was in office. I don't care if he was smoking pot and staying up all night with a pile of women. The economy was strong, and you didn't need to strip diapers off a 90 year old woman at the airport.
As an example, look at the response of Bush Jr when he was told of 911 when he was reading to those kids at the school. I believe the look was one of total incomprehension.

BTW... both Bush Sr. and Clinton would have handled that better than Bush Jr.

We'd be driving water powered cars right now if it weren't for oil hungry republicans with private interest in the field.

I'm pretty well convinced the reason for Clinton's success (and the 90's were, even though I'm not a fan of his, I've got to give him credit) was the political gridlock. I'm all for one party in the White House, and the other controlling Congress. It keeps them from doing anything, and guess what, the US seems to do ok by itself.
Republicans in charge, financial system ready to collapse. Democrats in charge, high unemployment and a looming debt crisis. Neither in charge, things start looking better.
On another note, there is a spider on my wall -- anybody have an Eric Schiller book I can use to crush the little bugger? I need something I can trash without feeling a loss.

As for the ommelette, it's MUCH better than this thread turned out. Do it, it was very good... and chances are you won't need to share with anyone.
