I'm not saying I agree or not, but I was under the impression that while I was living in Italy they had brought a ban in here, I'm sure I heard it on the Italian news one time, yet people do still seem to be smoking in pubs here. If they respect the law in Italy of all places why not here? I understand that even in Ireland it's uncommon to see people smoking in pubs these days because the ban has been effective. What's the situation?
