I just read up on hypnagogic jerk and it focused on the limbs twitching.
My problem might be miniature siezures if that makes sense.
But why does it only happen when I am sleeping?
Maybe it is severe hypnagogic jerks but inside my head?
Seeing that you have enough trust in discussing your problem here with the forum community why not talk to Ghost of a Duke in a more private setting and take it off the general forum? He works in the mental health sector and will take your concerns seriously.

That’s if you are genuinely worried about yourself?

Does this bother you?
Siezures can be repulsive at times I agree.

A neurosurgeon would probably be the best person for you to try and get in contact with if your not feeding us a bunch of B.S.

goad isn't a neurosurgon but could probably lead him in the right direction for the symptoms he has. (IF he is indeed serious )

Yes, it would be interesting to know what it is all about for sure!

Confusion, foggy memory, sick stomach, massive heart rate, that white light that happens when you get hit etc etc.....Makes me wonder if you could have some seizure activity while sleeping and it wakes you.

@Very-Rusty

Maybe some brain electricity misfiring.
It scares the crap out of me when it happens.
I can’t be bothering the hospitals and clinics right now so I am looking for a private clinic by appointment.

Confusion, foggy memory, sick stomach, massive heart rate, that white light that happens when you get hit etc etc............This is what makes me think you could be having some seizure activity while sleeping, or even mimi-strokes....neither which are good. Lets hope (goad) is closer to what is going on with you. I know now isn't a good time, but you could at least talk to someone on the phone. I had a Phone consltation this morning with my Specialist. If you could get a phone consult with neurosurgeon, or somone who deals with the brain, they may know just from your symptoms. It has to be scarey for you not knowing what is going on.

I will.
But what kind of doctor?
The only sleep doctors I have seen were in horror movies 🤔
What kind of doctor? Why a podiatrist of course...
