I just read up on hypnagogic jerk and it focused on the limbs twitching.
My problem might be miniature siezures if that makes sense.
But why does it only happen when I am sleeping?
Maybe it is severe hypnagogic jerks but inside my head?

Yes I am serious.
I will post an update after I see the doctor.
Confusion, foggy memory, sick stomach, massive heart rate, that white light that happens when you get hit etc etc.....Makes me wonder if you could have some seizure activity while sleeping and it wakes you.

It scares the crap out of me when it happens.
I can’t be bothering the hospitals and clinics right now so I am looking for a private clinic by appointment.

Lets hope (goad) is closer to what is going on with you. I know now isn't a good time, but you could at least talk to someone on the phone. I had a Phone consltation this morning with my Specialist. If you could get a phone consult with neurosurgeon, or somone who deals with the brain, they may know just from your symptoms. It has to be scarey for you not knowing what is going on.
