My friend, people who have split up from a serious relationship are usually very emotional and easy to upset. If you take the time to show her attention and listen to her she'll start liking you.

I see your point and do appericate your advice.

Its very difficult to help her as I did'nt bring up the subject of Ex's.

To be honest with you mate, she was not over him and kept going on about how great he was, I got the feeling that she wanted a new man to make him see green....and manipulate me

So when you get the feeling, it hard to "give her a hug" ...does that make sense ?
