So Long Winter, Welcome, Spring

"Spring is like a perhaps hand"

"Spring is like a perhaps hand
(which comes carefully
out of Nowhere) arranging
a window, into which people look(while
people stare
arranging and changing placing
carefully there a strange
thing and a known thing here) and

changing everything carefully

spring is like a perhaps
Hand in a window
(carefully to
and fro moving New and
Old things,while
people stare carefully
moving a perhaps
fraction of flower here placing
an inch of air there) and

without breaking anything"

Now you're just making up stuff.

Probably thinks people walk upside down in the southern hemisphere, and the toilets flush up instead of down.

No rattling sound, but I can hear the ocean!

Wonder if "a perhaps hand" resembles drawing for an inside straight at Phlab's Digs during an annual RHP New England Meet-Up... nah.

We had snow on the ground the day before Spring Equinox. Today (the day after) it is 25F here. Especially unusual for Oregon.

A minor issue Frank. I'd be worried that when the "BIGONE" comes that like California Oregon will slide into the Pacific. I hear there is going to be some nice oceanfront property in Idaho.

In my view, inevitability isn't necessarily a sure thing.

And I suppose you also don't think the world will end this year.

Many lives will be over and many things on the world stage will end between now

and midnight New Year's Eve... then at 12:01 am 2013 will be born. Bank on it.

Naw. What with inflation (here) running at 2.?% and the banks giving 1% (on GICs) it's actually costing you 1.?% to put your money in the bank so I'll not bank on anything....thank you very much. I'll put it under my mattress at least then when I go to get it it'll still be the same (amount) as when I put it there.

That was really good advice!

IF he was really smart he might make some bucks on it. 😉
