Has anybody perused the posts there for a good laugh? Be honest.
I read on it where a guy drove 45 minutes to a chess tournament in another city and then got an attack of nerves and sat in a mall parking lot for 15 minutes and then drove back home. He said he feared his hands would shake moving the pieces and/or that he couldn't make small talk to his fellow competitors.

Look guys I am VERY sympathetic to the suffering of our fellow men, I cried when Britney Spears shaved her head a few years ago. Give me a break.

He is afraid of being too socially inept to make small talk...
...with chess players!
You might as well go to a Man United match and be afraid of sounding like a brainless gump.
