Social networking : High Price to Pay?

There have already been cases here where job applicants are turned down because of their facebook and twitter accounts. The dark side of social media isn't just confined to stalkers and privacy issues.

So sad. Experience may (or may not) be the best teacher but it's certainly not
the least painful nor inexpensive. Greatfully, my six grandchildren (ages 3-14)
have parents who are extremely internet savvy. Thanks for your comments..

I must be missing something. She made a series of violent/racial/homophobic slurs, and the takeaway is to beware of the dark side of social media?! 😕
