I recently TO someone who had thier vacation setting on.
Upon his return I started getting messages from him calling myself pathetic, a coward etc.
No problem I said rules are rules and just added him to the ignore list.
Curiosity then got the better of me and I read his profile
"Back from Spain to find out dan182 and ramoh had called my time out despite vacation setting on and having i politley asked them to wait until my return date. What's the point of playing this game if you are not going to win on skill. This was made all the more annoying because, earlier on in each game, I had let both of them carry on playing despite their having no timebank."
2 things
a. No way did he ever politley ask me for extra time.
b. Not once did he ever have the option of timing me out.
In fact the only comm's from him was a message apologising because he was taking days between moves because of him being a piece down.

If you are being smeared by someone in their profile I wouldnt worry about that too much, thats a pretty lousy thing to do over a T/O, usually behavior like that does more to isolate people who write it than anything else.

If someone just doesn't move and the skull appears I'll take it without thinking twice...unless they're an RHP buddy.
You were perfectly within your rights to TO so don't worry about it
