I was replacing bulbs in the office, the florescent U-shaped ones when my wrist touched the metal holding the light housing as well as the metal of the drop down ceiling.

It gave me a good shock (no, not enough to kill me) and my muscle pulled back making me punch myself right in the FACE!

No, the heel of my hand thumped me on the upper eyelid and eyebrow. Just sucked, still feel it but no bruising or swelling.
