Regardless of the subject, posting the same line in multiple random and unconnected threads is spamming, and spamming of this extent woudl suually result in a forum ban. Regardless of the user, cheating accusations are not welcome in the forums and can result in being banned from the forums. As NZDrifter admits that he did it in an attempt to circumvent the rules a ban it appropriate and has been applied.
