You imagine my dismay! I was watching sox, ahead 1-0....

I was out of the house listening to Yankee's on the truck radio...

BlueJay's 4-1 over Yankee's!!!!

Get home... Sox are tied.... Yankee's tied at 4!?

Geesh!

So, Sox do still have a small chance... but probably best just to go with wildcard and save Pete and Schilling at end of season for playoffs.

Stinkin' Red Sox. Just because they sweep the Tigers doesn't mean they'll beat out the Yankees. 😠

You see the Yankee score yesterday? 18-6 over BlueJays... Wowowowow...

I can't wait til we get to finish the games with them, at least now they might mean something more being 5.5 back.

Thanx BLReid, I'll NEVER give up...

Wow, I'm jealous of you. Have fun at the game. This is a very important series. A home sweep would be heaven, but I'll be happy with 2 out of 3.

Im with you P huge sox fan here as you well know and an overall baseball trivia nut. This is the year I can feel it. A sweep for all new england sports the pats are going to repeat in the super bowl the celtics are going to win the championship and since there will be no hockey the bruins in my mind win by default. Go bean town go. Just another trivia question what was the last major city to sweep all 4 major sports???

Here's another trivia question:

In the United States, there are only two days that no, NFL, NBA, NHL or MLB games are played. Name them! Have fun😉

Not LA but good guess as LA has never won a superbowl Raiders have won while in oakland and the rams have won while in St. Louis. Think along the lines of eastern cities.
