What were the Spanish and French Navies doing when the Russians ran their exercises in the Bay of Biscay? All I hear about is what the RAF and Danish Air Force did.

Spanish Navy hhahahahahaha, they're nearly as big as the Irish Navy (3 small boats or so)..... Lots of fishing trawlers thou........

And the french navy was probably off sinking greenpeace ships

Whatever the french have or haven't got aside. All I've ever heard about the French navy was the sinking of that greenpeace boat.... The rainbow warrior I think, maybe not thou...

If you're referring to the Rainbow Warrior, that was not the French Navy; it was the DGSE - French Covert Ops.

After reading about how aggressive Greenpeace is I have little sympathy for them. They do things like board naval vessels without permission.

I think the Warrior should have been shelled by a destroyer openly when it tried to block French ships, not bombed by ninjas.
