The problem is that most people have no concern as to whether or not they offend anyone else.Life is all about self.If another is offended then that is considered a good thing.A bit of fun.We all know that misspelt words will offend some but it is usually considered there problem so even when there is no need, it is still used.Who in there right mind(these days) would complain about something so trivial. they would know the reaction and hear the echo of the giggles of our site administraters.they would 'Know' that nothing would happen. They know that they (site admin) are obliged to pretend to care(this may be legally required). How many caring is enough. How many people do you have to offend before you stop unnecessary behavior. I for one (while not overly offended) do not like it.To me it displays contempt for others, though I am sure that it is often not thought of as such.It is simply to often not thought of.That is the real problem.

It's not a matter of anyone being offended, It's a matter of abiding by the Terms of Service, whereby you and others have agreed to moderate yourselves.
Are you saying that there is a universal point at which every single person on here gets offended? So, if I post something which I don't find to be offensive material, then I'm sure that nobody else does either? Get real.
The forum moderation works exactly as I said it does.

In the TOS (point 6 Member Conduct)…It is stated as a condition of use that you agree not to “Post, email or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable”
So ...[text shortened]... e point of censoring the spelling and not the clearly understood curse that is thinly disguised?
