Damn, isn't that movie way too depresing? In comparsion to comics and animated series too. Just too depresing, even music is depressing. 🙁
The plot was shallow where it existed at all, contrived in scene transitions, and simply couldn't make up its mind whether it was a romance or an action film.
The kids love the action sequences, of course, so they'll tell you it was great....but if you are going to be adult in your synopsis, you have to start with the fact that it was just plain dire as adult entertainment, and was just about the best advert yet for BitTorrent and similar file sharing.
