Who has recently had a Spoonerism? Examples would be great, who can stuff up a simple sentence like "Good Day" (turning it to Dood Gay)?

I know I can.

Looking in every crook and nanny.....

And what about mixed metaphors:

Gentlemen, I smell a snake in the grass. But don't worry, we'll nip it in the bud!

You, sir, are now skating on the thin edge of the wedge!

(The last one I have heard personally!)

This is good stuff! What is funny is that my Mother had always told me that it was "spoonilism." I guess that just goes to show that you can't always trust what your parents tell you!!

Her favorite though was:

If you think you're so smuckin' fart than you and your whole famn damily can go buck a fuffalo for all I shive a git!!

I regularly power my computer using slug pockets and my cat enters the house with a flat cap.
I amuse small children by showing them cunning stunts, and my wit is as mean as custard.

I always liked 'cupid stunts', and the famous (if slightly dodgy) quote from The Exorcist "Your mother cooks socks in hell!" (yeah I know it's wrong but lets just call it loetic picense)
