If you think he's spamming, or going off topic with a post... alert the post and say why. If enough people are tired of Stang-spam they will vanish.

Asking him to stop probably won't work, I am sure.

OK. I have NEVER alerted any posts before today, but I have now alerted a half-dozen of STANG's posts in threads where they were off-topic. I did not alert any of the "vote for Kerry" spam in threads that were actually about the election. I don't like censorship but STANG is more than a little irritating.

IMHO, if he keeps this up, he deserves to lose posting privs. In fact, he has been keeping this up for some time now.

(And I DID vote for Kerry.)

I guess that if you tell him ''Listen Stang,or you stop your spamming or your posting privileges will be revoked for some time'' he would listen to you.

Then if after such warning he's silly enough to continue his spamming,well,he will deserve the temporarly forum banning.

I did vote for Kerry. I find him annoying not because he wants me to vote for Kerry, but because he is spamming nearly every thread, no matter what the ostensible topic. This is not civilized behavior.
