@kevcvs57 saidI found Picard to be a safe, diplomat who happened to find himself as a starship captain. TNG was just too “right on” for my taste. Empaths on the bridge, kids at the helm, blind people heading up engineering, cyborg scientists with incredible minds and bodies but the makers incapable of getting its skin tone looking remotely human.
