I think Ep3 is going to be the highlight of the prequels...they have been building to this the whole way. As Episode 6 (1983?) was a build up to a lot of emotional and physical problems, so should Episode 3.

I hear ep III is going to be darker, with lots more bloodspill. They do have to wipe out all but two jedi. More alien worlds then in all the other five combined. He owes us, and george better not dissappoint.
So they said annakin would bring balance to the force. Two sith, hundreds of jedi, um why would they want balance? I never did get that part.
What was wrong with episodes I and II?
The dialogues? The story lines? The humour? The special effects?

I suggest you SERIOUSLY watch the original triology and you'll see that it never was any better. You were younger, it was newer and so now you're a little disappointed.
If you take the basic story line of the emperor coming to power and Anakin switching sides...that's actually quite well done.
For me the only real problem was in episode I. A kid. I hate children in movies. However, it was at least as well executed as bloody Ewoks or Jawas.
The special effects were better than in the original trilogy (which is to be expected considering the era we're living in) and the humour was exactly the same (2 comical robots and lots of cheesy one-liners).
What threw some people in Episode II was a love affair.
It was a bit hammy (compared to the Leia / Han affair...but dare I remind anyone of the cringy moment in ESB when Leia says: "I guess you don't know everything about women." kisses Luke and storms out... how nasty was that?), but how non-hammy could a love affair between the universes nastiest person and the charming Amadillo be?
See. When you put things into perspective, they're really not all that worse than the original!
Obviously I hope Jar Jar gets beheaded. But I like beheadings in most films.

They did jazz up the films a few years ago, digitally remastered them and all that jazz. And they replaced the original Darth Vader with Hayden Christianson (Anakin from Ep2/Ep3)...which was disturbing, to say the least...considering he dies as an old man.
Ep3 is going to rule...Jar Jar doesn't die, but watch Episode 2 again...Lucas does give 2 squirts for his fans...everything from Ep4 onwards (or the Empire, at least) is Jar Jars fault...
But he doesn't die. Which sucks.
